Oven Baked Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs

Delicious bacon wrapped chicken thighs are one of my favorite dinner meats.  They are low carb and keto friendly.  We use turkey bacon instead of pork.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 thighs chicken boneless with skin
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp keto friendly oil
  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F. Oil the baking dish and add salt/pepper, roll the chicken thighs in the oil mixture till coated.  Take 1 chicken thigh and wrap 1 piece of bacon around the thigh.  Repeat with remaining 3 thighs and pieces of bacon.  Place in oiled baking dish.  Distribute the ghee or butter on top of the 4 pieces of meat.  Place in oven for 45 minutes turning them over half way through the cooking time.  Once cooked serve with any side dish you prefer.
