- Preheat oven to 425F. Oil the baking dish and add salt/pepper, roll the chicken thighs in the oil mixture till coated. Take 1 chicken thigh and wrap 1 piece of bacon around the thigh. Repeat with remaining 3 thighs and pieces of bacon. Place in oiled baking dish. Distribute the ghee or butter on top of the 4 pieces of meat. Place in oven for 45 minutes turning them over half way through the cooking time. Once cooked serve with any side dish you prefer.
