The Keto/low carb way of eating has helped me with several issues. Through this one journey in my life called “menopause“, I have learned to change my eating habits. I have been learning to incorporate the low carb and high fat into my favorite foods. This recipes is one of my favorites for starting my day or when it’s really cold outside.
The ingredients I use are mostly organic and the butter is from grassfed cows. You can use more or less of any of the ingredients based on your personal preferences.
